Racers
Please arrive in good time – gates open at 8am. Scrutineering will start no later than 9am on track, first race is at 11am. Please park tight in the pits and sensibly – we have a lot of cars to get in and given the weather, no overflow pit space available. Road vehicles / vans / non towing vehicles will not be permitted in the pits – please ensure all pit spares and equipment are with the truck / race car.
Equally, empty trucks / trucks with non-race cars will not be permitted entry. You will not be able to buy / sell / collect vehicles at this meeting.
Spectators
Trackside parking is first come first served. Please drive slowly and with care around the site – the ground will be wet, it will be fine with normal driving. Leave the skidding to the track please.
No gazebos are allowed on site at all at this meeting, please leave them at home.
Large vehicles (transits etc) will not be permitted into the arena – you are welcome to come in them but will be asked to park in the overflow field irrespective of the time you arrive. There will be a height restrictor bar in place – if you don’t fit under it, you will be in the overflow field.
Saving of spaces is not permitted, if you wish to park with a friend / family member, please arrange to arrive at the same time. Please also follow the directions of gate staff and parking marshals at all times. If you are abusive to any helpers (who will be following guidance from the promoters in the arena) – you will be refused entry and asked to leave.
Admission prices are:
Adult – £18, Child (10-16) / concession – £12, Under 10’s – no charge, Family ticket (2+2) – £50
Cash and card will be accepted on the gate – there will be no advance tickets for this meeting as long as current guidelines remain in place.
Catering facilities and track shop are cash only.
Please can all racers and spectators leave the arena and your parking space tidy – it’s not a big ask for you to take your rubbish home with you.
We have to be a bit more strict that usual at this meeting, but it is a meeting unlike any other that we run.
