As I’m sure you all know, our next meeting is the now fully booked HMC on the 8th January.
A few points to racers ahead of the meeting:
With the meeting fully booked, we have a reserve list in place. If you are unable to make the meeting, please let me know in good time.
As most of you will know, pit space is the main limiting factor for us and with the weather forecast as it is, we will only have use of the 2 pit areas in the main arena. It would help greatly if racers could “truck share” where possible. When on site, you’ll be asked to park closely and pull as far forward (to the banks, or close to the ditch) as possible to give more room.
Only race transport vehicles are permitted in the pits – please ensure spares and tools are on your truck / with your car.
There will be no “dropping off” vehicles at this meeting – if you are buying / selling vehicles etc, please arrange hand over off site.
Gates to the site will open at 8am, First race will be 11am

Child (10-16) – £12
Under 10’s – free
Family admission (2+2) – £50
